How it works

From first conversation to a live care-coordination workspace in three clear steps. Marketing lives here on monitor.care; your team works in the app at app.monitor.care.

1. Provision the tenantPlatform admin runs the onboarding wizard: organization, hosting mode (managed or customer Azure), and auth preferences.
2. Connect identityWire Microsoft Entra groups, Google Workspace domain, or invite password users. Roles map to Admin, Coordinator, Reporting, and ReadOnly.
3. Load the panel & run careImport inpatient/outpatient spreadsheets (or configure FHIR later). Coordinators work tasks, advance case steppers, document notes, and export reports.
